Wednesday Vignette - First Freeze
I caught the sunrise and icy drops on the Panicum virgatum 'Shenandoah' this morning. The frost was thick on the grass and plants. The streets were quiet, as kids were out of school and many grow-ups had the day off for a long holiday weekend.
The hummingbirds were buzzing about, playing chase and it was just nice to soak up a peaceful moment before I got too cold and headed back in :)
